On the third day of class, after looking at our "paper shoot" (I will make a post completely of all my shoots) we took a field trip to scout for shoot locations. We went to what I like to call the underground mall but its real name is Le Forum Des Halles. When going from the typical Paris architecture to this, it makes it feel like you are in a parallel universe. Its completely made from glass which is beautiful from the court yard. After this we took a walk to the inside out building, more formally known as Centre Pompidou. The architects put all of the air ducts, plumbing, and elevators on the outside to leave as much room as possible on the inside which is used as a modern art museum. Near this building is the Constantine Brancusi museum which houses his.. house exactly as he left it when he
died in 1957.
Building art?
Im not sure why I took this one exactly but here ya go!
